User Experience/User Interface Design

Kennickell uses what is known as a User Interface (UX) design approach. This approach involves interviews with marketing managers and dealers to determine exactly what issues people are facing so as to discover what their true needs are.

From this definition we arrive at a set of potential solutions that are then refined and mutually agreed upon, until there is a clearly defined scope and statement of work defined in advance.

It is possible that additional needs or changes in scope may be discovered later, but those changes are out of scope of what is defined here, and not part of this original scope and pricing; therefore, this document is written with as much clarity and completeness as possible, to define the baseline for what will be developed and the goal is to make sure nothing important is left out.
